Enjoying the quiet

I’ve taken alot of time away from technology over the last week – no Instagram or Facebook, less TV and less phone. My brain & body has thanked me for it – I knew I was very overwhelmed and over stimulated and headed for further burn out if I didn’t slow down and start listening to what I really needed.

Mental Health is something that always needs to be in check – you don’t recover once and be on your way. It’s so important to recognise the signs that you are struggling (or are about to).
