Learn To Rest, Not Quit

In this podcast episode, we’re talking about how to get back on track and reach your goals instead of living with regret…

When it comes to projects and goals – either new ones we’re starting or ones we’ve been working on – there’s definate times where we feel overwhelmed and start to second guess ourselves and our decisions. We come to a crossroad where we think WHAT AM I DOING, or THIS IS TOO HARD, or I CAN’T DO THIS ANYMORE or I DON’T HAVE TIME FOR THIS or THIS SHOULD BE SO MUCH EASIER – and then just stop. We’ve taken those feelings as a ‘sign we should not be doing this’ and yes, sometimes we need to stop because it’s just not right for us. But I bet, most of the time, most of the time it’s just a sign that we need to slow down for a second, take time to recharge, maybe even pivot, remind ourselves of why we started in the first place, and then get back up again.
