How do you want to feel?

“But I keep losing motivation”

“I just don’t feel like doing it today”

“It’s taking too long”

“I’m too busy, I’ll do it later”

Any of these statements sound familiar to you? You’re not alone. Setting a goal and maintaining motivation is HARD – which is why you cannot forget to do this – ask yourself WHY. Ask yourself how you want to feel in 12 months.

Then ask yourself if what you’re doing today, is going to contribute to that feeling.

Chip away at that goal a bit each day. Yes I know life gets in the way, but life also goes much too quickly and it’s up to us to create a life that we love and that we feel great in, right now. So again, how do you want to feel in 12 months? And what are you doing to get there?
