I’m considering changing my podcast day from Monday to Wednesday just so I have more time to get it recorded, edited and published 🤣 Mondays are HARD.

But I wanted to get this quote out to the universe because it means a lot to me to NOT KNOW. Yes we need to know that we’re safe but when it comes to the point where you are over thinking, over complicating and over doing things that should be simple, that’s when you need a little help staying mindful and being okay with being momentarily uncomfortable. The uncomfortable part is where we learn the most about ourselves, and can grow past our obstacles ♥️

I’ve been decluttering my house over the last month and it’s kinda changing my life 💁🏻‍♀️ A big goal for our family this year is to change our living situation (either renovate or move) so putting myself into action has been better than sitting around and hoping it happens. If you want something, go after it and in this case I’m creating space and saying bye to the old me ♥️
