My Daily Mental Health Plan

Mental health support has always been an important part of what I do and WHY I do it. ⁣

They always say that your passion stems from your own experiences – and I’ve always been grateful for my anxiety disorder for teaching me healthy and productive ways to cope whenever I need it. ⁣

So I made this little graphic to show you what I’m doing to keep my mental health in check while we’re self isolating. Of course, there’s so much more to mental health than a meme you saw on the internet – I would definately add a bubble in that says ‘talk to my therapist via Skype’ if I felt that I was struggling. ⁣

But these are the things that came to mind today, all are important to me – your physical health will effect your mental health and vice versa so it’s vital you think of your mental health holistically. Everything is linked to each other.⁣
